Delivery and setup requirements;
Quantity requested;
Rental period;
Applicable fees;
Deposit requirements;
Taxes;
Damage or security deposits; and

4. Product Availability
All rental equipment is subject to availability.
Products shown in our online catalog are not guaranteed to be available for every event date. Availability may depend on existing reservations, equipment condition, delivery schedules, location, and other operational considerations.

5. Rental Period
The rental period will be established in the customer’s rental agreement, quote, invoice, or other written confirmation.
Customers are responsible for making rented equipment available for pickup at the agreed-upon time and location when pickup service is selected.
Unauthorized extension of a rental period may result in additional rental charges.

Additional charges may apply for special delivery, difficult access, extended carrying distances, stairs, waiting time, or other circumstances requiring additional labor.
7. Setup and Takedown Services
When setup and/or takedown services are included in a customer’s rental agreement, Superior Party Rentals will perform those services according to the agreed scope of work.
Customers must ensure that the designated setup area is accessible, reasonably safe, and ready for installation at the scheduled time.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permission from property owners, venues, homeowner associations, municipalities, or other authorities.
Superior Party Rentals is not responsible for delays caused by conditions outside its reasonable control, including venue restrictions, weather, traffic, inaccessible locations, or customer delays.
8. Customer Responsibility for Rental Equipment
The customer is responsible for the rental equipment from the time it is delivered or picked up until it is returned to or collected by Superior Party Rentals.
Rental equipment must be:
Used only for its intended purpose;
Used in accordance with any instructions provided by Superior Party Rentals;
Protected from unauthorized use;

Certain rental equipment, including tents, staging, flooring, generators, and other outdoor equipment, may require specific installation conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the installation site.
Where applicable, customers may be required to identify underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, electrical lines, or other site conditions before installation.
Superior Party Rentals may refuse or modify installation when site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
Weather and site conditions may affect the installation or use of tents and other outdoor equipment. Superior Party Rentals reserves the right to delay, modify, cancel, or remove equipment when reasonably necessary for safety.
10. Customer Pickup Requirements
Customers selecting pickup are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is appropriate for transporting the rented equipment.
Customers must properly secure rental equipment during transportation.
Superior Party Rentals may refuse to release equipment if the customer does not have an appropriate vehicle or if transportation would create an unreasonable risk of damage or injury.
11. Payments and Charges
Prices, fees, deposits, taxes, delivery charges, setup charges, and other costs will be communicated to the customer through the applicable quote, invoice, rental agreement, or other written confirmation.
Payment requirements may vary depending on the rental and event.
The customer agrees to pay all applicable charges associated with the rental.
Any required deposit or payment must be received by the applicable deadline in order for a reservation to remain confirmed.
If a customer fails to make a required payment, Superior Party Rentals may cancel or modify the reservation, subject to the terms of the applicable rental agreement.

Failure to report an issue within a reasonable period may affect the ability to dispute responsibility for damage or missing equipment.
16. Prohibited Uses
Rental equipment may not be used for unlawful purposes or in a manner that creates an unreasonable risk of damage or injury.
Customers may not:
Modify or alter rental equipment;
Use equipment for a purpose for which it was not designed;
